Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak shopping seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation, including a tracking number, to help you monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days for quicker service.
  3. Overnight Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day, for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order size, weight, and destination. Orders exceeding $100 may qualify for free standard shipping (terms and conditions apply).

International Shipping

We also ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • Customs Fees and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
  • Delivery Times: International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and local carrier processes.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your Ulysuniee account to check the status of your shipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 5 business days to initiate an investigation.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept delivery will result in additional shipping fees. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or process a refund minus the shipping costs.
